This experimental cider combines two of Willie Smith’s favourite pastimes, transforming apples into cider and also into Apple Brandy.

For vintage 2022 our cider-makers were inspired to transform a heritage apple cider by ageing it in our own 200L Apple Brandy barrels. From a six-month slumber emerges a rich cider which is larger-than-life.
