Produced by the Herrara family at the La Estacada distillery at 7,200 feet above sea level. Montpelier wine yeasts and an unusual secondary fermentation provide for a softer mouthfeel. It offers super pure, vibrant aromas of grilled agave, cigar box, potpourri, chamomile tea and hints of grapefruit leading into a svelte textured, graceful, easy-drinking blanco with complex, fresh herbal / citrus / sappy agave accents. Ends with a delicate smoke and pepper finish.
