GlenAllachie® GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish | The Wood Collection – 8350310957275

A lovely new release from Billy Walker and his team at GlenAllachie distillery, released as part of ‘The Wood Collection’ series. Aged for 9 years in total and given some extra time maturing in Oloroso sherry butts, then bottled at a high strength of 48% vol, natural colour and non-chill filtered. 

Oloroso Sherry goes through extensive ageing without a ‘flor’ yeast layer and is the darkest dry Sherry style with nutty, dried fruit qualities.
