One of three exciting new drams released as part of ‘The Wood Collection’ series from Billy Walker and his team at GlenAllachie Distillery. Matured for 9 years with some time being spent maturing in former Fino Sherry hogshead casks, then bottled at a great drinking strength of 48% vol and without any additional colour or chill-filtration.

The driest style of sherry, Fino is known for its paler appearance and delicate flavour profile. Aged for at least 2 years under a ‘flor’, a yeast layer which prevents oxidation.
