Inspired by the joys of Boysenberry ice-cream at the beach in summer. Reefton Distilling Co. have added Hawke’s Bay Rosè wine to a traditional gin base to deliver a touch of strawberries and cream which they then lather in rich boysenberry & vanilla.

This recipe was a blast for the team to experiment with towards creating a super playful gin full of nostalgia and ideal for sipping on hot summer afternoons & evenings. Delicious served with tonic or even creaming soda or lemonade and fresh or frozen (defrosted) berries.
