Finsbury Platinum Gin is a 47% ABV London Dry Gin that was founded by Joseph Bishop and launched in 1740. It is distilled 6 times using only the highest quality grain and a fiercely guarded recipe that is over 250 years old. The distillery uses John Dore copper pot stills to produce Finsbury Platinum Gin and the resulting higher alcohol product evokes rich characteristics of juniper berries, with other sweet fruits and a range of herbs and spices.
