Constructed from a complex blend of the alternate varieties Mataro, Cabernet Franc and Nero D’Avola. Intertwined with red and black fruits and spice, this wine has been made to retain the fresh primary fruit characters of these varieties through cool fermentation and anaerobic handling. Bright strawberry and raspberry aromas with hints of cherry, rose petal and star anise. Fresh cut strawberry and cream, fleshy cherry mid palate and refreshing cranberry notes.
