One of the world’s first organically produced ales, Biologique is a refreshing and thirst quenching beer with outspoken bitterness and dryness.

This is a light but complex beer, marked by fragrances of grapefruit, white flowers and spice (cloves). These aromas are also present on the palate, where they combine with hints of malt. There is a clear bitterness, rounded off with an incredibly thirst-quenching flavour without any sweetness.

Saison Bio can be drunk chilled as an aperitif, or with grilled red or white meat, fish or poultry.
