Hillwood’s single malt, single cask releases are carefully handled and nurtured by the Herron family, which consists of master distiller Paul Herron and his three sons (triplets): Daniel, Joel, and Oliver. Each whisky is bottled at cask strength and only 20-40 bottles are made each batch. The whiskies have picked up numerous awards, with the Sherry Cask recently picking up Best Australian 12-years & under Single Cask Single Malt Whisky at the World Whisky Awards 2023.

Port Cask: Rich, fruity, and complex with notes of dried fruit, spice, and chocolate.
