Brookie’s combines the traditional style of the English ‘Sloe’ gin distilling with the unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum, for a distinctly sweeter flavour. Before bending into the Slow Gin, the plums are steeped in the company’s proprietary Byron Dry Gin, infusing them with aromatics for a more nuanced depth of flavour. This is a lighter gin, with exhilarating aromas of rose, watermelon, and bright plum, which lend it to more fruity cocktails.
